The Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester Pro Bundle Kit includes the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester and Seaward’s Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Bundle. Please see below for further information.
The Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester can be used for PAT testing and health and safety applications. It features an extensive collection of electrical tests and a comprehensive memory (capable of storing up to 50 000 results and 2000 images) making it suitable for checking high-volumes of portable appliances in accordance with the IET 5th Edition Code of Practice. The Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester includes a colour camera for capturing images of portable appliances (images can serve as evidence of visual inspections) and the following testing capabilities:
The above tests can be organised into up to 100 user-customised electrical and visual inspection test sequences. The Apollo 600+ also includes a risk-based retest calculator, allowing the user to determine a suggested retest period in accordance with the IET 5th Edition Code of Practice.
In addition to this, as the Apollo 600+ is the most sophisticated PAT tester in Seaward’s Apollo+ PAT Tester range, it includes a selection features designed to make it suitable for performing health and safety checks. These additional features include:
Software Compatibility
The Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester features a number of communication capabilities, allowing the user to transfer data easily to a variety of instruments.
It is possible to send data directly to a USB drive; this capability is unique to the Seaward Apollo 600+. Alternatively, information can be sent to compatible Android devices via Bluetooth or may be uploaded to a PC via a USB cable.
Once data has been transferred to a PC, it can be organised into reports using Seaward’s PATGuard 3.4 Software with Time Manager (NOT included). This software can also be used to create invoices and the Time Manager feature proves particularly useful when organising teams of workers.
In addition to this, the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester is compatible with the printer and scanner included in the Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Bundle. These instruments facilitate the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester’s ability to read and print labels with 1D barcodes.
Firmware Updates
Like the improvements made to the Apollo 600+’s software compatibility, the updates made to this instrument’s firmware also work to improve its versatility, adaptability and scope-for-use.
Updates made to the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester’s firmware include:
Hardware Updates
Adding to this instrument’s versatility is the inclusion of a wiring harness, test leads with PVC insulation and robust test probes. These accessories work to make the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester better suited to demanding applications.
The Apollo 600+ is also supplied with a removable, interchangeable battery designed to keep downtime to a minimum. It is also possible to power the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester using a mains supply, again adding to this tester’s adaptability and reducing downtime.
In other respects, the physical design of the Apollo 600+ is similar to that of its predecessor, the Apollo 600. It continues to include a QWERTY keyboard and a colour, high-definition display.
The Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester Is a sophisticated instrument. Its adaptability, versatility and practicality combined with its extensive testing capabilities and features make it ideal for both PAT testing and health and safety applications.
The Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Bundle Kit facilitates the Seaward Apollo 600+ PAT Tester’s ability to read and print labels with 1D barcodes. This kit includes:
