To this end, it includes a comprehensive array of tests which can be arranged into up to 25 user-customised electrical and visual inspection sequences. This instrument is capable of performing point-to-point earth continuity and insulation resistance testing (an optional accessory is required) as well as the following checks:
Further to this, in order to accommodate mid-volumes of testing the Seaward Apollo 400+ PAT Tester includes an onboard memory capable of storing up to 2000 test results.
The Seaward Apollo 400+ PAT Tester is an updated version of Seaward’s Apollo 400 PAT Tester. As such its design is not dissimilar from this model, for instance, the Apollo 400+ includes a QWERTY keyboard and high-definition, colour display, although the Apollo 400+ also features a number of updates made to its hardware and firmware.
Hardware Update
The Apollo 400+ has been updated to include a removable, rechargeable battery, which works to reduce the instrument’s downtime.
This tester is also supplied with a wiring harness and test leads with strong PVC insulation, as well as resilient probes, making the Seaward Apollo 400+ PAT Tester suitable for more demanding applications.
Firmware Update
Also adding to the practicality, adaptability and versatility of the Apollo 400+ Tester is the instrument’s firmware updates, which include:
Updates made to the Seaward Apollo 400+ PAT Tester have been optimised to improve its practicality, adaptability and versatility. It is ideal for conducting mid-volumes of comprehensive portable appliance testing.
The Seaward Apollo 400+ PAT Tester can be used with the following accessories to read and print 2D QR data codes. The tools in this kit include:
The Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite Bundle Kit is ideal for improving the efficiency of the Seaward Apollo 400+’s testing capabilities.
The Seaward PATGuard 3 Software is ideal for the following individuals
The Seaward PATGuard 3 Software, like the Apollo 400+, has been optimised for completing comprehensive checks of portable appliances in accordance with the IET 4th Edition Code of Practice. To this end it has been optimised for managing the results gathered using the Apollo 400+ and includes a number of features and capabilities designed to aid in this task. These include:
Like the above Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite Bundle Kit, the Seaward PATGuard 3 Software – 1 Year Subscription can be used to improve the efficiency of conducting tests using the Seaward Apollo 400+. It is ideal for managing test results and creating a comprehensive array of reports.
