Megger PAT320 PAT Tester description

The latest addition to the Megger range of PAT tester equipment is the Megger PAT320 PAT Tester.

The PAT320 was built with simplicity in mind. It was made so you only need to press a button for each type of test that you need to do.

The full range of tests and buttons includes; Class I, Class II, Extension lead, RCD, Bond, Insulation, Leakage, and load. The tester can test a variety of appliances and makes testing IEC leads, extension leads and other leads a doddle.

The model also has an auto mode which will automatically run through the sequence of tests including the bond test, insulation test and so on.

The PAT320 is an ideal tester for electricians who sometimes do some PAT Testing. As this tester has no memory you have to record your results as you go along.

If the appliance fails then it will stop at that particular test. If you want to set your own pass rates then you can do this for the bond current, insulation and leakage tests. This PAT tester is good for those who carry out repairs as you can carry our tests separately, you don’t have to run through them all.
