Seaward offers a range of labels to accommodate a wide variety of PAT testing needs. These labels have been specifically designed for particular Seaward printers to ensure consistent and optimum performance. This blog will detail the labels intended for the Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Printers and the Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite 2 Printer.
Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Printer
There are two versions of the Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Printer available:
- Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Serial Printer for PrimeTest 250+
- Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Bluetooth Printer for the Apollo 500+ and the Apollo 600+
These printers can be used to print high-quality synthetic asset labels. Depending on the type of label used with the Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Printer, it is possible to create tags containing all or a selection of the following: barcode, asset number, the next test date, username, and test status.
The Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Printers are compatible with the following labels.
339A949 - Seaward Pro Thermal Paper Roll (5 per pack)
Please note that these labels can also be used with the Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite 2 Printer. However, as these labels are not optimised for use with the Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite 2 Printer there will be excessive label feed between the printed results.
339A9492 – Seaward 25mm Able Pro Labels
Theses labels are ONLY compatible with Seaward’s Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Printer.
339A9493 – Seaward 75mm Able Pro Labels
Theses labels are ONLY compatible with Seaward’s Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Printer.
Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite 2 Printer
The Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite 2 Printer is compatible with Seaward’s Apollo 400+, Apollo 500+ and Apollo 600+ PAT Testers; it can also be used with Seaward’s PrimeTest 350 Testers, however, a firmware upgrade is required. The Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite 2 Printer can be used to print completely customised labels and includes a large memory for the processing of complex labels, graphics and fonts.
Furthermore, Bluetooth connectivity allows the user to send data wirelessly: the Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite 2 Printer does not need to be connected to the Seaward Apollo+ PAT Testers using a cable, thereby adding to its convenience and ease of use.
The Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Elite 2 Printer is compatible with the following labels.
339A948 – Seaward Elite White 75mm Perforated Centre Labels
Please note that these labels are NOT compatible with the Seaward Test ‘n’ Tag Pro Printers as the registration mark will not be detected.
339A9490 – Seaward 25mm Thermalock Labels
Theses labels are ONLY compatible with Seaward’s Test ‘n’ Tag Elite 2 Printer.
339A9491 – Seaward 75mm Thermalock Labels
Theses labels are ONLY compatible with Seaward’s Test ‘n’ Tag Elite 2 Printer.
